Nellie Svensson
Nellie Svensson is a NY based actress, born and raised across the pond, Sweden. At age 5 she began figure skating and realized ten years later that the part she loved most was the performance bit. Growing up she would annoy anyone and everyone with improvised theater shows, which led to her getting a slot in the local Theatre group, and later professional work.
At age 15 she began a 3 year Musical Theatre program at Lunds Musikalgymnasium in Sweden. Immediately after, made her way to London where she studied at Lamda, City Academy and The Unseen. Starring in independent short and feature films, one being Silver and Gold on British Channel 4.
In 2021 Nellie moved to NYC to study at Stella Adler Studio, where she played Antipholus of Ephesus in Comedy of Errors, Sally Friedman in 5th of July and Hedda Gabler from Ibsen’s Hedda Gabler.
