Daniel Jameson

Daniel Jameson is a New York-based actor, singer, and musician. A proud New York Stater, he grew up in Albany, NY, where he made his stage debut at the age of five in his summer camp’s abridged production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Whether he was taking guitar, piano, or singing lessons, captaining his high school golf team, or grinding it out in a rehearsal room, Dan discovered a love early on for creating. Having moved to NYC to win a Tony Award, he has found that real satisfaction comes through creating truthful work that builds community. Some recent favorite credits of his include: Johnny in American Idiot, The Balladeer in Assassins, Nigel Bottom in Something Rotten!, Desdemona in a gender-flipped Othello, and Harris in Christopher Kyle’s Plunge. Prior to attending Stella Adler Studio, Dan graduated from Providence College with a BA in History and Theater Arts.
