Aidan McCarthy

New York born and raised, and NYC based, Aidan McCarthy fell in love with storytelling and art when his father took him to a showing of The Beatles’ film A Hard Day’s Night when he was 5 years old, and he’s been off and running (in black and white) ever since.

Prior to graduation from the Stella Adler Professional Conservatory, Aidan earned his bachelor’s degree in English Literature from SUNY New Paltz. While there he participated in numerous student films, and was active in the local music scene organizing and emceeing local guerrilla DIY punk and indie shows (that vowel scale would’ve come in handy when pronouncing some of those crust-punk band names).

Pairing his education in both acting and literature (and drawing on his childhood love of listening to books on CD during long car trips) he also has a keen interest in pursuing voice acting and audiobook narration.
