Melody Fay Browning

Melody is an NYC-based actress and 2023 graduate of the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in drama with minors in producing and applied theatre. She is also a director, casting director, and producer for stage and screen, having collaborated on projects here at Adler, NYU Tisch’s Collaborative Arts and Film and TV programs, as well as the New York Theater Festival. Melody’s other passion lies in her work as a teaching artist and applied theatre practitioner who believes in the necessity and power of accessible arts education. She is excited about community-engaged work and storytelling that brings truth, light, and humanity to the forefront. Melody is absolutely honored to be a member of the alumni council, and can’t wait to be a part of bringing the Adler community together and creating a support network that fosters connection and collaboration both inside and beyond Adler!
