Katie Lowes
Katie Lowes is an American actor and director. She is best known for playing Quinn Perkins on Scandal (ABC) and Rachel DeLoache Williams on Inventing Anna (Netflix). She graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in acting. She made her Broadway debut as Dawn in the Tony-nominated musical Waitress in 2018. Lowes starred opposite Pete Holmes in the 2022 CBS sitcom How We Roll. She has also guest starred on a number of television series, including Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, The Sopranos, NCIS, Ghost Whisperer, Castle, This Is Us, and Law & Order. Her voice acting work can be heard in Disney’s Frozen, Wreck It Ralph, Big Hero 6, Feast, and Zootopia. Lowes is a co-founder of the Los Angeles-based IAMA Theater Company, and currently serves as Board of Directors Chair.
